Quick Sparkling Punch Recipe
One of the most visited pages on my blog has been my recipe for a quick and easy punch to serve at a morning brunch. It’s one of those super simple punch recipes with no measuring involved. You just open up some bottles and pour everything together!
I remember debating if I should even share that recipe (because it was barely even a recipe), but in the end I decided that if it had been a helpful solution to me, then it would probably be a helpful solution to others too. That was the right decision. Over 26,000 people have pinned that punch recipe on Pinterest and it makes me happy to think they were able to find a simple, practical, and tasty beverage for their brunches, parties, and showers.
So as we approach this holiday season I’d like to share another quick and easy punch recipe that you might find useful for upcoming gatherings. It’s another “recipe” with no measuring . . . just three bottles to open! I have two versions: alcoholic and non-alcoholic. You can pick whichever version fits the type of crowd you’re serving.
The adult version with alcohol combines gingerale, wine, and champagne for a festive and bubbly beverage for a group. The “just opening three bottles” for this option might make you feel like you’re breaking into Fort Knox, but it’s worth it! (Note: Do not use a corkscrew on your champagne. Just twist the wire cage around the cork, and then pop the cork out with your hands).
The non-alcoholic version simply tweaks this recipe by substituting white grape juice for the wine, and sparkling grape juice for the champagne.
Here’s how to do it:
Sparkling Champagne Punch for a Crowd
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Gingerale (2 liter)
- 1 bottle of White Wine (950 ml)
- 1 bottle of Champagne (950 ml)
Combine all ingredients and serve.
Sparkling No-Alcohol Punch for a Crowd
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Gingerale (2 liter)
- 1/2 of a 46 oz bottle of White Grape Juice
- 1 bottle of Sparkling Grape Juice (950 ml)
Combine all ingredients and serve.
