Equipment:
Blender
Ingredients:
1cupdry milk powder
1cupwhite sugar
1/2cupboiling water
4tablespoonsbutter - melted (1/4 cup)
Instructions:
Place the dry milk powder and the sugar into a blender.
Add the boiling water and the melted butter.
Process everything in the blender on medium speed for about 30 seconds or until everything is well mixed together.
Let the mixture cool before using. The mixture will thicken a little more as it cools and will need to stirred again after setting. You can place your mixture in the refrigerator if you want it to cool and thicken a little faster.
