Homemade Instant Cappuccino French Vanilla Coffee Mix
Stir together this tasty coffee mix that's handy for your own pantry or for quick gift giving.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup instant coffee
- 1 cup chocolate drink mix (I use Nesquick)
- 1 cup powdered french vanilla creamer
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
Instructions:
- I found it helpful to grind the instant coffee a little finer for this recipe. Place your instant coffee in a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds.
- Then mix the instant coffee with the remaining ingredients (the chocolate drink mix, creamer, and powdered sugar).
- Transfer your mixture to a covered container for storage.
- To use: Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of this coffee mix with about 3/4 cup of hot water.
Notes:
For different flavor variations you can try using different flavored creamers, or using a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon or nutmeg in the mix.
