Large measuring cup (helpful for pouring mixture into molds)
Popsicle Mold
Ingredients:
1containerVanilla Yogurt (6 oz)(equal to 1/2 cup)
3TblCocoa Powder
1/4cupHoney
1tspVanilla Extract
3/4cupMilk
Instructions:
Empty the container of yogurt into a medium size mixing bowl.
Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt until well mixed.
Next add in the honey and vanilla extract.
Stir in the milk.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Transferring the mixture from the mixing bowl to a large measuring cup with a pour spout is helpful for this step.
Place in the freezer for about an hour or until the fudge pops are completely frozen.
To unmold: Run under warm water until the fudge pops release from the molds.
