Homemade Eye Makeup Remover
Save money and stir together this simple homemade eye makeup remover made with just three ingredients
Yield: 4 oz
Materials:
- 1/2 cup distilled water
- 1 teaspoon tear-free baby wash or shampoo
- 1 teaspoon oil (almond, coconut, olive, etc.)
Instructions:
- Combine the water, tear-free soap, and oil.
- Store the mixture in a small squirt bottle or jar. All the ingredients are shelf-stable items so the mixture should keep for many months with no problems.
- To use: Moisten a cotton ball (or a cotton round, or tissue) with a small amount of the remover and rub gently over your eyes to remove makeup.
