Flax Egg Replacement
Use this simple method that combines ground flax and water to replace an egg in baking recipes.

Ingredients:
1
tablespoon
ground flax seed
2½
tablespoons
water
Instructions:
Place the ground flax seed in a small bowl.
Add the water and stir things around a little bit.
Let the mixture set for 3 to 5 minutes to get a little thicker.
These measurements will replace 1 egg in a recipe. See the notes section below for measurements to replace 2 or 3 eggs.
Notes:
2 Tbl Ground Flax Seed + 1/3 Cup Water = Replacement for 2 Eggs
3 Tbl Ground Flax Seed + 1/2 cup Water = Replacement for 3 Eggs
