Chicken Seasoning Spice Blend
This frugal spice blend is quick and simple to make and adds a flavor boost to chicken. You may find other creative ways to use it too!
Yield: 8 teaspoons
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and store in a small shaker spice jar.
- To use: Sprinkle on chicken before baking or grilling.
