This easy way to prepare and cook salmon will have dinner ready with no stress. You can use the microwave to make the preparation time go even faster too.

Ingredients:
1Piece of Salmon (about 1 Lb)
1/4cupBroth (Vegetable or Chicken)
1/4cupLemon Juice
Salt
Pepper
Dried Dill (about 1 tsp)
Capers (about 1 tablespoon)
Instructions:
Place your salmon in a microwavable dish (For oven directions see notes below).
Combine the broth and lemon juice and pour over the salmon fillet.
Season the piece of salmon by sprinkling on salt, pepper, and dried dill. Place the capers on top of the salmon piece too.
Place a piece of paper toweling over the dish with the salmon and cook in the microwave for 6 to 8 minutes, checking after the first 3 minutes for how much longer may be needed. The salmon is fully cooked and ready to eat when it is light pink and flakes easily with a fork.
Notes:
This salmon recipe can also be cooked in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork. A little extra cooking liquid may be needed when cooking in the oven.You can also use 1/4 cup of hot water and about 1/4 teaspoon of bouillon in place of the prepared broth.
