Cilantro Lime Rice
A simple way to flavor cooked rice that uses the fresh flavors of lime and cilantro
Uncooked brown rice
(equals about 3 cups cooked)
Juice from one lime
1 - 2
Fresh Cilantro - chopped
Cook the cup of rice using your favorite method.
Once the rice is cooked, squeeze the juice of one lime into the cooked rice.
Stir in the chopped cilantro.
Finally, finish up with a sprinkling of garlic salt to taste.
Note: This recipe may also be made with cooked white rice if you prefer.
