Here’s a link list for you folks out there who like to sew. If you have an extra- large t-shirt that’s going to waste, you can turn it into some comfy yoga pants! You do need a sewing machine and a little bit of previous sewing experience for this project.
What you basically do is cut off the sleeves and the top collar portion of a big t-shirt. Then you cut the t-shirt into two pieces, (either down the middle, or cut apart the front from the back). Those two pieces are then folded in half and they become the legs of your pants. The sleeves you cut off become the waistband. What you end up with is a pair of capri length pants.

My sewing machine needs to go in for repairs, and I just have not taken the time to get that done. Once it’s back in working order, I think I’ll give this a try.
