This week I came across a fun list over on the Fabulessly Frugal Website.

For the truly ambitious, here are:
100 Things You Can Make Yourself 

It’s quite a far reaching list with everything on it from pretzels, to guitars, to 4th of July sparklers.  I can only say I’ve experimented with about 20 subjects on the list, and they were the more ordinary things (such as guacamole, jewelry, pancake mix).  Some things on the list, it’s safe to say, I will probably never try (bio-diesel fuel, house, windmill).  And some things I would like to add to my to-do-someday list (ice cream, hummus, root beer).

I did notice that a few links from this list were no longer valid links, but it was still fun to contemplate all the things that people are learning to make for themselves.  Enjoy!
