I love this easy-to-mix recipe for a quick homemade barbecue sauce that I use to pour over a crockpot of meatballs. It’s simply a matter of flavoring a couple cups of ketchup. Anyone can do it! I’ve used this sauce with meatballs for many years at a whole lotta potlucks and they always disappear fast. I use the frozen bags of prepared Armour meatballs. Someday soon I hope to start making my own meatballs from scratch too.
BBQ SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Use by pouring over frozen meatballs in crockpot. Stir well to coat the meatballs with the sauce. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or high 4 to 6 hours.

Sounds delicious. Meatballs in sauce are so good when the weather turns cooler.
That is so true . . . I didn't make meatballs all summer and now that it's turned colder I start craving those meatballs!
Thanks; sounds great! Here's one of many great meatball recipes on all-recipes.com; it's an excellent sight where you can make your own recipe box! =)
