Sometimes I am simply in awe at the amount of information available on the internet. So many great ideas . . . so little time to do them all! So I’ve decided to start sharing a few links to interesting things I come across because my to-do list is growing faster than I can keep up with it. There’s also some categories where I see great ideas (for instance things relating to small kids or pets) that don’t fit with my life, but are great ideas nonetheless.
Here’s a few crafty ideas for the upcoming Halloween holiday:
Homemade Face Paint at the Creative Play Plus website. This looked like a simple and washable recipe. Also nice that there is a picture of the cold cream that was used because I always think that is a rather mysterious ingredient.
I loved this Ghost Decoration from Tomato Cages over at the Family Fun website, as well as their Spirit Jugs made from gallon milk jugs. A very resourceful way to use things you might have sitting around.
And for good step-by-step instructions for carving a pumpkin, check out this Stencil Pumpkin Carving Tutorial with lots of pictures for inspiration.
